Article 1. Definitions and explanations of terms

Within the scope of this Policy, the terms below shall be understood and interpreted as follows:
1. DXG/Company/Group: Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company.
2. Customer/Partner: (i) An individual or the lawful representative of an individual who uses and/or shows interest in DXG’s products and/or services;
(ii) An individual or the lawful representative of an individual who has accessed and/or registered an account on websites/wapsites/applications owned by DXG;
(iii) An individual or the lawful representative of an individual who enters into and performs contracts or transactions with DXG, including but not limited to matters relating to investment, capital contribution, construction, business, commerce, advertising, or other activities in compliance with applicable laws, but excluding individuals who are candidates or employees of DXG under the Personal Data Protection Policy applicable to employees, candidates, and related persons issued by DXG from time to time.
3. DXG’s Products and Services: (i) Products and services directly developed, operated, and provided by DXG to Customers and Partners.
(ii) Products and services provided by DXG in cooperation with partners to Customers/Partners.
