  1. The personal data of Customers/Partners is committed to being kept confidential in accordance with the law and DXG's Personal Data Protection Policy.
  2. DXG strives to ensure that the personal data of Customers/Partners is protected from violations of regulations on personal data protection and to prevent loss, destruction, or damage due to incidents, using technical measures. DXG maintains its commitment to personal data security by applying physical, electronic, and managerial measures to protect personal data, including:
    1. The servers of DXG's official website and information systems containing DXG's personal data are protected by security measures and technologies such as firewalls, encryption, and anti-intrusion measures; implementing human control measures, building inspection, evaluation, and review processes to prevent violations of regulations on personal data protection.
    2. DXG will take all appropriate measures to ensure that the Personal Data of Customers/Partners is processed in accordance with the stated Purpose. DXG will always comply with all legal requirements regarding the storage of Personal Data.
  3. Fulfilling requests from Customers/Partners regarding their Personal Data provided that such requests comply with legal regulations.
  4. Other obligations as required by law and this Policy.
