Article 10. Potential unintended consequences and damages

Please note that, while DXG always strives to ensure that the Personal Data of Data Subjects is best protected in accordance with the law, DXG cannot completely and absolutely eliminate all risks to Personal Data during processing. The transmission of information via the Internet or DXG's internal information systems still carries certain risks arising from force majeure events or incidents, and cyber security crimes such as cyberattacks, cyberterrorism, unauthorized cyber espionage, disruption of data processing, or leakage of Personal Data. In such cases, DXG will immediately take necessary actions to prevent, remedy, and minimize any potential damage to Personal Data, and will cooperate with competent state authorities to handle the violation. The data subject also agrees that, to the extent that reasonable measures have been taken to prevent such harms, DXG will not be liable for damages caused by the actions of any third party that adversely affect the Employee's Personal Data through no fault of DXG.
