Article 13. Processing of Personal Data Without the Consent of the Data Subject

DXG may process Personal Data without the data subject's consent in the following cases:

In emergency situations, immediate processing of relevant Personal Data is necessary to protect the life and health of the data subject or others;

The public disclosure of Personal Data as prescribed by law;

The processing of data by competent state agencies in cases of national defense, national security, social order and safety emergencies, major disasters, dangerous epidemics; when there is a threat to national security and defense but not yet to the extent of declaring a state of emergency; riot prevention, terrorism prevention, crime prevention and law enforcement as prescribed by law;

To fulfill contractual obligations of the data subject with relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals as prescribed by law;

To serve the activities of state agencies as prescribed by specialized laws.
