Article 5. Start and end times for data processing

  1. Data processing commencement time: From the time the Purposes specified in Article 3 of this Policy arise.
  2. Data processing completion time: DXG will cease processing Personal Data upon completion of the Purposes specified in Article 3 of this Policy, unless otherwise stipulated by law, or the Customer/Partner withdraws their consent to the processing of Personal Data, or when a competent state authority requests it in writing.
