Article 7. Obligations of Data Subjects

Data subjects have the following obligations regarding their personal data:

To protect their own personal data; to request other relevant organizations and individuals to protect their personal data. If personal data is disclosed due to negligence or any error on the part of the data subject, the data subject must accept the risks and damages that may occur.

To respect and protect the personal data of others.

To provide DXG with complete and accurate personal data when consenting to its processing.

To participate in the dissemination of personal data protection skills organized by DXG or its partners and service providers, and to be aware that any non-compliance may result in risks to the data subject's personal data.

To promptly update DXG if there are any changes to the personal data provided by the data subject.

Provide legally valid documentation upon request from DXG to prove that the Data Subject obtained the necessary consent and permission from the Related Party to provide their personal data.

Comply with legal regulations on the protection of personal data and participate in preventing and combating violations of regulations on the protection of personal data.
