DXG processes the Data Subject's Personal Data from the moment it receives the Data Subject's consent to the processing of that Personal Data. The Data Subject's Personal Data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the Processing Purposes and/or to fulfill the obligations that DXG has notified to the Data Subject and/or to fulfill the agreements and/or contracts that DXG has entered into with the Data Subject, unless a longer retention period for the Personal Data is required or permitted by relevant legal regulations (e.g., for inspection, tax, labor, and auditing purposes). Some types of Personal Data may be retained for longer periods than others.
