Mr. Ha Duc Hieu holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance and has nearly 18 years of experience in the finance and securities sector. Having been with Dat Xanh Group since its early days, he has held many important positions: Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Chief Financial Officer, and Deputy General Director of Finance.

Joining the DXG Board of Directors in 2021, Mr. Ha Duc Hieu subsequently took on the additional role of Head of the Investment and Finance Department under the Board of Directors, while also serving as General Director at Dat Xanh Capital Joint Stock Company. This connects the Investment and Finance divisions, enabling Dat Xanh Group to seize new investment opportunities more quickly and effectively. Simultaneously, Dat Xanh Capital will support member companies in achieving greater competitiveness in the market.
